Full transparency on what we can see: When you contact [email protected] with your codename, we look up your credit ledger — every QBC you earned, every QBC you spent (which room ID, which minute, what for), and the Solana tx for any top-ups. That's it. We cannot see your messages, your chat partners, your photos, or anything inside a room — those are end-to-end encrypted between you and the room's URL key. We have no keys to your conversations. A subpoena could compel us to share the ledger; it could not extract messages we never had access to.

How fast? Wallet popup → sign → tx finalizes on Solana mainnet (~15s) → watcher detects on its next 20s cycle → toast appears in your chat. Real-world end-to-end is typically 20–60 seconds.

Why the memo? Solana transaction hashes are public; binding your payment to your codename via a memo is the only way to safely attribute the payment. The “Pay with wallet” button above auto-includes it — no copy/paste needed.

Coming next. Stripe (credit card) is on the roadmap so users without a Solana wallet can top up too.

Exchange rate is pegged at 100 QBC ≈ $1 USD at the time the transaction confirms. Credits never expire while your account remains active. We do not custody funds beyond the operations wallet, and we do not store seed phrases or private keys.

Refund policy: credits are non-refundable once posted to your account. Unused credits stay on your account indefinitely. See the terms of service for the full agreement.
